What do you guys think of this mod?

I love the idea of having red, white and blue on the car. How do you think a bright red pinstripe would look outlining the white stripes. I tried to my best with Microsoft Paint, this is what I came up with.

One thing for sure. You can easily peel them off if you change your mind.

I accutally like it..because its different..I like the color combination..So I would say Yes I like it!

Yes I definitly agree with JJJ..just the hood and roof..not the rockers..

I'm kinda digging it on the hood & roof, think you should try it and as Ricco said, you can peel off if you dont like.

If you really MUST have some red on the car, fill the gap between the 2 white stripes with a single 1-1/2" wide strip of red.
That will be different, and easily removable when you wake up one morning and say: "What the F#$K was i thinking?"

its not bad, its only vinyl, just peel it off, if u dont like

And thats coming from the Dr..So take some advice and experiment..Its only vinyl..goes on...comes off..

As is big guy. Again, You can always remove it.

Either one is a WINNER it adds that touch to the car.

I disagree... I think the that the pinstripe idea would work! Now, I personally am not a fan of that shade of blue, but adding the stripes gives that blue a whole new look!

If it were my choice I would go with the red! Second choice would be the black stripes!

I would eo both top and sides!

I like the old gulf oil colors on the GT40 too which is a lighter skyblue with Orange hood stripes. Just gives it a real classic look.
The link above has a few pics of the Grabber blue with red stripes if you scroll down the page. I think you'll get sick of the pinstripe but if you got a color combo in your head that you like.....go for it. You can always remove them later. But Blue with orange or red stripes FTW! :)
