Yes you can , AAA can be used for any car that is yours or that you are in

Not sure about all the AAA policies but the one I have even works if your the passenger.........

If your stuck in a car, your covered. It's the individual who's covered, not specifically the vehicle. Just call them to make sure. They should be able to answer that over the phone

i have the best policy you can get. but the car doesn't have an engine or trans in it. so i dont know if they would do it.

Yes. For the last several years AAA has covered ANY car you are driving for towing.
The vehicle dosen't need to be owned by you either. Just present yor AAA membership card, but be sure it's valid...
